Program Overview

Mission Statement
The mission of the Family Partnership Home Study Charter School is to develop and implement a comprehensive framework to enable and support parents from a wide variety of educational levels to educate students in a K-12 home study environment. The school develops a full partnership with parents, faculty, staff, and community based organizations to fulfill this mission. The goal is to develop a “complete” student with academic tools, social skills, self-esteem, and character to succeed in school and life.

Educational Vision
At Family Partnership, we recognize that not all students are alike in their educational needs and career goals. Unlike the “one-size-fits-all” expectations of some schools, we believe every child deserves to learn at their individual instructional level and pace. Each student is assessed for abilities in all core academic areas, for personal interests and for their individual learning styles. Then, a personalized learning plan is created by one of our expert credentialed teachers to increase skills and encourage self-directed learning. We combine the BEST of independent study with certificated teachers, learning labs and activities. Students thrive with individual attention from our teachers.
