Testimonials

“I love it! This box has been such an incredible resource, not only has it opened my eyes to the importance of improving my daughters’ emotional intelligence, we are having fun discovering these tools and practices together. The contents are high quality and thoughtfully introduced with an easy to follow guide. My kindergartener is intuitively and successfully using the “Take 5 Breathing” method to calm herself. It’s working!”

“LOVED the book and the time it forced me to take to focus on so many emotions that are easily overlooked in our day-to-day activities. By the time they all pile up, I don’t know where to start to  unravel them and this helped.”

“Every parent should have this.”
