About A+ Tutoring
A+ Tutoring Inc. provides synchronous (live, real-time) virtual tutoring for TK-12 students in all subjects and all forms of schooling, with deep experience supporting homeschool charter students through their school programs. Every family starts with a free consultation with our Student Success Specialist, so we can learn about the student’s needs before matching them with a tutor whose expertise fits. Students are then paired with the same credentialed tutor each session, so relationships and progress build over time instead of starting fresh. We believe in a round table approach to education, where parents, teachers, and tutors are all stakeholders in a student’s progress. All tutors hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, and session notes are sent to teachers and families after each session so everyone can stay involved and track growth. We work with a wide range of learners, including English Learners, students with IEPs, and students with 504 plans, tailoring support to each student’s needs. In 2026, A+ Tutoring earned the NSSA Tutoring Program Design Badge (2026-2029) from Stanford University, recognizing the strength and rigor of our tutoring program design. We’re an approved vendor across 40+ California charter schools and several state ESA programs, offering intervention programs to schools and organizations of any type, with especially deep experience working with charter homeschool programs, as well as traditional tutoring open to any student who needs support.
