Michael, Abby, & Julia Integrated Consulting (edMAJIC) is a boutique consulting firm that specializes in equipping nonprofits and education organizations with strong operations, grant proposals and management, and systems for data-informed decision-making.
We know from personal experience that running a school is an ambitious endeavor — and a massive operational lift! edMAJIC’s three co-founders have over 30 collective years of experience in the charter sector. We’re strategic thinkers with practical expertise, and can do all the unglamorous logistics that make schools function, while freeing up your time to focus on running your school. And just like the flex-based personalized learning that APLUS+ members provide, we don’t believe that “one size fits all.” We support your team, your way.
