Automated outreach & reminders: Scout automatically reaches out to parents and students via phone, text, email, and mobile app notifications, recording their responses. Scout’s reminder schedules increase ADA, reduce school/family back-and-forth, and shorten the amount of time it takes for students and parents to complete required tasks like filling out forms and uploading work samples.

Integrated engagement tracking: Scout connects to Google Classroom, Edgenuity, Zoom, and many other online learning platforms to automatically track student engagement and participation in opportunities for live instruction.

Intuitive Mobile App: Scout lets parents and students upload work samples, record engagement, and sign documents from our mobile app, streamlining compliance tracking, and speeding up information retrieval.

Seamless work sample collection and packet creation: Scout automatically selects the best work sample for every student each learning period from online curriculum providers, and generates a work sample packet that has all the required pieces for compliance.

Enrollment: Scout’s built-in online registration allows your team to easily enroll and re-enroll families, automatically sending out forms to families to collect information and signatures. An intuitive funnel view shows where each family is in the process and allows you to quickly review forms, assign teachers and courses, and generate written agreements.

Analytics: Scout’s powerful analytics tools allow staff to visualize and export datasets from attendance and enrollment to grades and state assessments. Instead of building a complex data pipeline into unintuitive tools like PowerBI and Tableau and producing outdated and infrequent reports, schools can use Scout to make real-time data-driven decisions.

Proactive compliance: Scout notifies administrators when anything in the school is out of compliance. On request, Scout can automatically compile an audit report that contains any requested documents, from your board policy to individual students’ work samples.
